  • Driving eCommerce: Works to achieve/exceed all key sales and profitability eCommerce measures for brands and/or customers managed.

  • Driving Shopper Marketing: Supports businesses/brands to achieve/exceeds all key sales and profitability measures for brands and/or customers managed.

  • Analytics/Reporting: Ensures adequate and timely reporting against defined sales and profit goals as well as eComm specific KPIs (e.g., page rank, conversion %).

  • Relationships: Develops and manages strong relationships with eCommerce and Shopper Marketing peers within DEG and Sales organization (customer leads, category management, sales planning) as well as with the brand teams.


  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business administration.

  • 5+ years management and eCommerce/digital experience in a marketing/brands, communications, innovation, sales or IT role.

  • Demonstrated understanding of key players and concepts in digital.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and technical aptitude.

  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills; ability to prioritize, delegate tasks, and make sound decisions quickly while maintaining a focus on the bottom line.

  • Demonstrated strong negotiation skills; ability to persuade and influence others in finding a win-win solution where possible.

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to cultivate positive relationships and communicate with clarity and diplomacy.

  • Demonstrated pattern of initiative; self-directed, independent worker, with experience in strategic risk taking.

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and external agency and vendor partners.

  • Exceptional understanding of consumer online behavior, trends and market analysis.

  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

  • An MBA

  • Seven-plus years of relevant experience, up through marketing, communications, content management or technology and into general management.

  • 3+ years of multi-functional management experience.
