Employee will work in a refrigerated environment, generally 36-45 degrees. Employee may work standing on the floor or on a small platform next to a conveyor to weigh drafts of bacon. Employee may work scaling drafts of bacon on a repetitive basis. Employee may work loading drafts of bacon into a multivac on a repetitive basis. Employee may palletize boxes of bacon. Employee may load bacon bellies into a bacon slicer. Employee may work on the bacon press handling cured bacon bellies. Employee may frequently and repetitively lift up to 40 pounds.
